How We Make It

Production Process

Our Turmeric Extract production begins with carefully selected Curcuma longa rhizomes, sourced from trusted growers and checked for identity and quality on arrival. The rhizomes are cleaned, dried and milled, then extracted using USP-grade ethanol to concentrate the curcuminoids. The extract is filtered, concentrated and dried under controlled conditions in our GMP facility. Every batch is tested by HPLC to standardize curcuminoid content, from 35% up to 95%, and is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis.

Packaging Options

We supply Turmeric Extract in packaging to suit every order size. Standard packaging is 25 kg HDPE drums with double food-grade polyethylene liners. Smaller quantities are available in 1 kg and 5 kg aluminium foil bags.

Manufacturing Facility

Our manufacturing facility in Hassan, Karnataka spans over 50,000 square feet and is equipped with the latest extraction and processing technology. The plant operates under strict GMP conditions with controlled environments for each production stage. Our facility includes dedicated areas for raw material handling, extraction, filtration, drying, standardization, quality control testing, and packaging. The entire operation is designed to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with international standards.
