Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our herbal extraction and processing operations at our Hassan facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, preferably in the herbal extract or pharmaceutical industry, with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and coordinate workflow
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities
• Train and mentor production staff on procedures and best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with Quality Control for in-process testing and release
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Participate in production planning and scheduling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of GMP and other regulatory requirements
• Experience with extraction processes and production equipment
• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
