Accounts Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and reconciliation activities for our Hassan Unit 2 facility. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in ERP/accounting software, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and vouchers
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Process employee reimbursements and support payroll-related activities.
• Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost accounting.
• Ability to work under deadlines and maintain accuracy.
